He was able to come out the same day to diagnose the issue we were having with our garage door and he was very cognizant of our timeline, wishes, and budget. He got a great door custom ordered for us and was able to install it the following week. We are back to a fully functional door, hurrah!     Open Says Me is fantastic. I called Kevin (the owner) on Friday after our garage went on the fritz, he came out same day to check it out and provided three different options for fixing/replacing. We chose to replace our system and install a Torsion system. He came out the next day (he was ready to replace at the time of the check, but we needed some time to think about what we wanted) and replaced it in under an hour. Fair pricing, fantastic service, and now we don’t worry about our garage falling off at a random moment. We will be working with Open Says Me again for as long as we live in the PNW.

    Open Says Me is the PRO you need to hire for your garage door repairs. Kevin was the first to respond within an hour of posting my job request online (all others took 1-2 days to respond). He showed on time and gave me a thorough inspection before discussing the repairs. Installation of the new springs was flawless and he even performed a tune-up on the rollers and pulleys. I am a stickler for attention to detail and Kevin demonstrated he is too. He is a true professional and I highly recommend his services to anyone looking for garage door repairs.

    I waded through some BS intially when trying to find service for a broken spring, very long story short.
    Kevin was a pleasure to work with. Prompt and know his buisness inside and out. Pricing was straight forward and all explained up front before work began.

    I reached out for emergency repairs and Kevin came out on a Sunday despite having other jobs as far north as Marysville on the same day. He offered multiple price options ranging from a temporary fix to proper repairs to the improper installation of my door, quoted prices along the way. He was also friendly and carefully explained what was happening and what my options were, and discouraged me from spending more on a larger motor. Highly recommended!!
